Craig's Sunoco Station

Great picture of a re-branded DX station to SUNOCO!! You can see that it is a former DX station by the architecture of the building. It’s a design used by DX starting in the l50s. SUNOCO rebranded a lot of stations when they merged with Sunday-DX in the mid-60s. For an example of an identical station branded DX, look up MINNESOTA-FILLMORE Co.-1968-38-CFI-20.

To update my earlier post. This Sunoco station is located in the northeast corner of East 1st Street, Illinois State Routes 9 and 54, and South Loft Boulevard, Gibson City, Illinois. View looks north.
