This originally was the Warrior Hill schoolhouse located about 1 mile East of Bluff Springs on Rt 125 and Warrior Hill Rd. The schoolhouse was purchased by my parents Martin and Mary Pond and turned into our family home until termites were found and they were forced to tear it down and build a new home.I was born in Dec 1970 and the new house was completed and my family moved in 6 mos later. That home still stands and is owned by my nephew, Phillip Wellenkamp, the oldest grandchild of my parents.
