Former Wallace and Laverne Plosch Farm (1973). Was purchased by Melvin and Charlice Offenheiser as part of Derinda Guernsey Farm. Grant and Donna Offenheiser (Melvin and Charlice's son and daughter-in-law) purchased the house and surrounding acreage. Farm Land is still owned by Charlice Offenheiser (2015) and farmed by Offenheiser Farms (Grant Offenheiser and Warren Offenheiser).
