On Rt 52. It was stll there as of 5 years ago. That's all I know...except I occasionally found myself there when I was lost out taking photos.

I take back my last statement. This is at rt 47 and 52 and has been torn down according to google earth. Darn.

It was torn down about a year ago. Going to have the intersection widened to 4 lane coming up from Morris. It's sad, ate there a couple times while installing furnaces in the local neighborhood. I remember when the gal,, who ran the Morris Airport kitchen, took over cooking thee.

My father and his best friend built this gas station/restaurant. My mother ran the restaurant for many years. I worked there as a waitress during the 50's/60's. Lots and lots of fun memories. Many interesting people in the community became life long friends. My husband started working there as a teenager and ran it for several years in the 1960's. We were sad to see it torn down even though it had been abandoned for the last few years..

I worked there as a waitress during High School. I would have loved to seen it reopened again!!

How much fun did we have there!!! What people skills did we all develop waiting on customers and drunk guys on Saturday night. That was a great place for fun, learning great organizational skills, how to cook, food prep not to mention all the wonderful people that were so good to us as we grew through our teenage years. Not to mention the guy who has kept me laughing for 51 years.

Worked at the Central Limestone as 3rd Generation in Shaw Family. Little town Central right nearby just off Joliet Road.

My grandmother Mabel Johnston was a cook there for a while. I used to go there quite often with my grandfather and have some shakes.
