This looks like Cherry Vale Mall. There is no empty land around that mall now.
Cherry Valley Mall
This is 100% CherryVale Mall when it was under construction, most likely near it's finishing. Main structures are completely finished in the aerial photograph, but many exterior details still must be added. Water Tower is complete and has its nice red CherryVale logo painted on it already.
You can see Saint Anthony Medical Center in the far top right corner. And is it just me, or does the water tower look much bigger ( and closer to the mall ) than it appears today?
