Had been a dairy farm operated by Konchar family. Building to right was a small 2 car garage with lean-to addition to the west. Small building to the left was the milk cooling house, with a big cistern below and a cooling trough along west edge. Both these buildings have been torn down due to deterioration since 2003. The large barn at the rear was gone in 2003. This area has been developed as residential. The edge of the bean field to the north is approximately Peterson Parkway.
