Looking w.s.w from the Riverview Park at the extreme north end of Marshalltown. The building at the far left was The Forest Park Ballroom, north of it was a tiny cafe and then a car wash. There was a trailer court in the upper left. The businesses are all gone, the car wash building may now be a bait shop. Also pictured is the Parkside Trailer Court.

The building at the extreme far left was The Forest Park Ballroom, north of it (right) was the Parkside Trailer Court, followed by the One Loose Eye, previously a roller skating rink, a tiny cafe and then a car wash. The businesses are all gone, the car wash building may now be a bait shop.
