Built in 1969, the Sonora 76 Truckstop was owned by the Mohlenkamp Family of Louisville. Management of this location changed in December, 1975 when the Davis Brothers from Southern Indiana assumed operations. This was one of the busiest and most favored stops along I-65 for truckers for many years. Today it is a Pilot Travel Center
