House is located on US 150 right before Long Run Road in Springfield, KY. Last name of family was Smothers. House is still standing with another family living there. Building across road is a small grocery store owned by Cecil Cocanougher at the time. Store is still operational but by another owner.

My parents Billy and Sue Hooper bought this house April 1978 from Donnie and Linda Staten. They still own it today. I was only 4 when we moved here and my brother waa 5 months old. He currently still lives here.
