Chester Sargent farm West side of US RT 1 Bridgewater me

Many memories of playing with all my cousins at this farm. Eating homemade bread and jelly my Gram Marie would make us.

all the buildings are gone except the flat roof machine shed. grew up there there was great gram jessie beals and great grandfather Howard Sargent with gradfather chester and amy in the big house and his son ronald in the smaller house raising 11 kids grew at one time 500 A of potatoes and had 40 head of cattle and 68 ponies along with grain and hay crops so we kids didn't wast time down town. they were great days. The big barn was on the other side of the road with a pond as well were most of the town kids swam in it in the 50s

Is that the house that had the hole in the floor so that the heat could rise up, Daryl?
