This looks like the Glidden/Wright farm on the Gray Rd. Beautiful place.

It is the Frank Glidden farm

This is the plot of land I and my brothers, Bryan and Jeff, grew up on which my parents, Randolph and Colleen Wright, owned up until around 1998 or 1999. I don't recall the exact year they sold it. So much has changed since this 1965 photo was taken. The barn was torn down years ago. The garage is also gone now and the landscape has changed significantly. The last time I drove by the house was about 7-8 years ago and the new owners have made some wonderful changes to the home and the land still looks just as beautiful. So many fond memories took place here and a part of me will always be there. No matter how much time passes or the landscape changes, this plot of land is sown into my heart and I carry it in my memories. Such fine neighbors and friends were found in the surrounding homes, farms, and community.

My husband, Jason Ennis and I purchased this home from Randy and Paula Bacon in 2017. They did many wonderful renovations but it is still a slice of heaven and the land just as beautiful.

Sarah, I'm so happy for you, and I wish you and your family many happy years there together. It is, as you said, truly a slice of heaven. Enjoy your memories there. It makes me happy to know the home and land are in good hands.
