Rowell McHatten's Farm with Castle Hill Cemetery across the road. All buildings are gone.
When was the house torn down?
In the last couple years
The Castle hill cemetery is in the lower part of the photoIvan
My Great grandparents Ervin & Margaret McHatten lived there. The last time I was in the house my great grandmother made us homemade strawberry ice cream in 1955.My grandfather was Wilford McHatten and my mom was June McHatten Voisine.
If anyone would like to exchange McHatten information, I am working on the family tree. My email addy is rmchatten@sbcglobal.net

Many Peary's were buried here, many without stones. The Peary's lived here in the neighborhood from 1870 until they moved to Perham. Some of them were still buried here.
