I remember going to this place and I wish I remember the fathers name. I remember my dad hearing about the narrow from Farmall Tractor bunch him off the tractor, bad accident.

Bea Chamberland farm I grew up with their sons,We played in that barn...Not sure if Bea was his real name or nick name..I remember he was run over by his tractor and lived to talk about it..

Mr. Jean Paul and Mrs. Bea Chamberland's home.

This was my parent's farm. My Grandparents owned it before that. We were 10 siblings, (5 girls, 5 boys). Mom was called 'Bea', but her real name was Bertile. My father's name was Jean Paul Chamberland. My husband, Paul Sirois, built a log home and saw mill on the left hand side of the farm, and we brought up our 4 daughter's there. A brother, Jean Paul Chamberland Jr., built on the right side, and they had 2 boys and 1 girl. My sister Patty Michaud and her husband live there now. The barn is long gone and the house has been remodeled. I was 9 at the time this picture would have been taken.

I grew up there from when I was 8 in 1963. Dad had two 1948 model a John Deere tractors. One was a wide front end and one a narrow front. He was run over by the wide one and managed to get back on and drive home with a broken pelvis, leg, crushed lungs, and broken cheekbone and eye socket, besides other injuries. I remember the ambulance coming and the crew having to lift him off the tractor. I remember that Warren Michaud was one of the men who took him off.

My brother - Jessie Michaud - says he was there too and remembers it like it was yesterday. WOW!!!
