North Dixmont, Route 7. This farm belonged to my parents, Norman and Helene Lawler. All of the buildings are gone now. The chicken barns were torn down after the Maplewood Poultry of Belfast went out of business. The little house with the white car belonged to Alvin and Thelma Norris. The house next to it, moving to the right, was owned by Marion and Stanley Brown. My parents owned the house on the far right. All of these buildings were torn down eventually, and cow barns were constructed. My family owned the property until the late 1980's, when it was sold to Atty. Carl McCue.
