I suspect that this is the former Elwell/York home in the Brightwater area of the Basin. "Phippsburg: Fair to the Wind" has an aerial picture of the home towards the very back of the book...it is very similar. The pictures surrounding this one in the Vintage Aerial film roll are of homes on the New Meadows and then of Meadowbrook Road.
