This was Earl Hutchinson's house (the last house) on Meadowbrook Road.
It looks to be 550 Meadowbrook Road in Phippsburg, Maine.
This is the "Basin Farmhouse", built by probably Josiah Batchelder about 1790. Although the house has had significant restoration, many of the interior details remain from the original.
Address is 550 Meadowbrook Road, Phippsburg.
Owner is Peter Hutchinson, son of Earl Hutchinson (1905-1983) and a descendant of Josiah Batchelder.
