64 Club Road in Phippsburg, Maine. This is the Small Point Club.

"The Small Point Club was incorporated in 1895 at the end of Cape Small in Phippsburg, Maine. The building, which has been designated a national historic site, has 15 guest rooms and a dining room. It sits on a ridge overlooking Seawall Beach within a small private summer community."

This is indeed the Small Point Club, with lots of recent updates. I have been the only housekeeper here for the past 9 years. This is my home away form home with besutiful views of Sea Wall Beach and Seguin

I cleaned the chimneys from the top of that roof and my mother was the manager of the Club in the 70's.

I was a waitress at the Club from '73-79. It hasn't changed that much, still beautiful and an iconic Maine seaside hotel.
