Looks to be 497 Small Point Road in Phippsburg, Maine - is on right side of road just as one rounds the curve heading out towards the ocean (Percy House???)
Yes that is it, but I believe it was the Sprague house in the 60s
This is the Percy House, orginally the home of Capt. Abner and Nancy Wyman Lowell. There is a linden tree in the front yard.
My cousin Sydney Smith painted my portrait in the barn off the house in 1966. Sadly, the linden had to be cut down in 2019.
This is Percy House. It was built around 1830 by Abner Lowell for his new wife who was a Wyman. Lowell sold it to Melville Spinney who ran it as an Inn. It was then sold to Elinor Percy around 1906 and remains in the extended Percy family to date.
