When did the home in the back come down...and even better, when might it have been been built?

I remember the "house" in the back (really more of a shed) standing into the mid-80s when the house was renovated for apartments.

Just to the north of this old house is another smaller dwelling, it once sat across the road and was the Winnegance Civic Club.
