A few things in this photo. In the front is the Coldwater Community Schools administration building. Behind it in the large warehouse is currently an Auto Value distribution center. To the right is the now abandoned Apollo mobile home park. Finally, a new road, Woodward Drive, was built (where the two track appears in the photo) to link Sauk River/Michigan Avenue to Willowbrook Road.
