My grandparents owned this farm in 1981. They actually owned it for at least 30 years until some time in the 90's. I have the original print of this picture hanging on my wall. Grandma gave it to me before she passed. In the barnyard, stands my grandma and brother and walking in the shadow of the barn is grandpa. My brother was staying with them that summer.

Ooops... this is the 1971 version of this picture - before the new fence and gating and the big metal pole barn/garage. It looks like it could have been during the time Grandpa was putting in the "new" fencing and barnyard gates. Grandpa and Grandma would have only been married a little less than a year at this point.
