3057 & 3083 Belding Rd., Orleans, MI. When we purchased 3057 the grass was at least 2 feet high. We remodeled the entire inside and outside and added on two new porches and a sunroom. We put in a new septic tank and ran a new drainfield. Later when we had it rented, it burnt down. The old Orleans school house in the back was converted to a shop and we ran 3 phase to it and added on to a part of that building. A garage and shed in the back is gone. The little house on the right, 3083 Belding Rd. was not a part of the original purchase although we did purchase that property later. We had new windows and siding put in and had the roof reshingled. We took down trees and added in new. The field is now overgrown and although we painted the barn roof years ago, the barn is now in need of repairs.
