This property changed hands in 2014. Since that point it ceased having a dairy operation and most of the land was sold off (not sure when). The northern most barn was a very large chicken coop and it burned down some time ago. Now there are trees and shrubs that have grown over.

The house and remaining barns were all left in disrepair after the farm operation ceased. The biggest barn suffered catastrophic damage due to heavy winds in 2014. In 2017 a restoration process began and has significantly improved the quality and aesthetics of the barn.

In 2016 the smaller barn caught fire due to high winds but did not collapse. A restoration project is expected to begin in spring of 2018.

The house was left almost 15 years without heat or running water. It significantly damaged the plaster. The new owners wanted to retain as much of the historical nature of the house so damaged plaster was repaired as best as it could. The house has new plumbing and mostly new electrical hook-up and restoration on the house continues.

Other noticeable changes are the small grain house on the large barn was removed and the roof of the small silo collapsed some time ago.

The new owners have re-started the farm operation and build a large greenhouse on the north-east part of the property. It is owned by Grima Family Farms.

The house and two large barns were built in 1900 and has only had 3 owners in its entire history.
