I currently own this farm and enjoy being part of it's history. Initially the FAIST farm, Happy to report all of the buildings are still standing, house and barn have been redone, house has steel roof, new wood on barn - now green. Purchased in 2002, in a sad state of disrepair, it has been my families honor to love and care for such a great piece of history. We hope our two sons will keep the farm in our family for many years to come although it has been reduced to just 18 acres before we purchased. We raise cattle, have many horses, donkey's chickens etc and also farm additional property down 200th avenue all while both of us work full time. Nothing better than to go to bed tired from a good days' work! LOVE the land and history here. Planted two apple orchards also. This is now the KUZ Family farm and is well loved by our family. Michelle and Terry and son's Nick with Wife (Sarah) Live just down the road 1/2 mile, and Mike (Antonia) moving to second farm down 7 mile.
