My Grandpa and Grandma bought this place in 1982 (if memory serves me correct). They added a lot to it in the 20+ years while there. A barn was added to the south end of the barn to house the beef cattle and pigs. He also added a barn for machinery. House was resided and a garage added, and trees added to the front yard. Lots of memories helping put hay and straw up in the barn, helping with chores, working in fields, going out back to look for mushrooms, and just going for a walk to check fence line. I grew up on a farm not far from here but there was always something special about spending time with Grandma and Grandpa.
