This was know as the Alvin (Mason) Hall farm. Alvin was one of the sons of Everett Hall. Everett Hall was the namesake for Hall Lake to the south. The location of the farm is accurate. It has since been torn down. Alvin's daughter Bernice (my mother) was born and died in the old farm house. Me and my brother Nathan Schmidt grew up here during this period.
