This is the Wedge farm established in 1919. Nelson and Debbie are still there. Their son Larry farms it as well.

I grew up on this farm, although not much of a farmer's daughter. I mowed lawn and unloaded hay. The girls were not allowed in the barn for safety sake. I was the youngest of five. My parents finally received a son after three girls. Unfortunately I came along next and they couldn't name me Arthur as planned!

My nephew Larry, named after his grandfather and father is a hard working man who will be continuing the operation. In 2019 the farm will have been owned by the Wedge's for 100 years!

Im connected to photograph because im Larry Wedge. I hope to keep farming as well 100 years means something. The more recent aerial photograph is alot different let see if we can make change.
