This house was built in late 1970s by Johnny "Spud" Radford and his wife, Lillie Moore Benton Radford, daughter of the landowner, Joseph
Benton and Agnes Moore Benton. (See comments for film roll 220, photograph 9.) The house is approximately a 1200 square feet, three bedrooms, two baths brick veneer FHA approved house. A four stall horse barn was later built behind the house. Pines were planted along the rear and side property lines. This house is also shown on film roll 220, photograph 7.
