Strawberry Hill Farm. From the mid-70's until present owned by the Rooney family. The Rooney's bought it from Bill Johnson, who owned it for a short time intending to develop it into a housing area that never went further than 3 demonstration homes (still on the short Springbrook Blvd). When he owned it, there were 4 houses rented to 4 families, my family (his daughter was my mother) rented the small front house for a year until moving into one of the demo homes.
