Yes this is the house I grew up at. It is very different today. The three buildings out in the field are gone. The house and long garage are still there but many of the other buildings except the barn have been taken down. The trees in front of the house are gone but one is planted to the South of the house now. The tree to the North is a crabapple which remained for a long time but is now gone too.

Our parents bought this house one year after this photo was taken. The house was renovated, the porch and chimney are gone, the slate roof was replaced with shingle. Just north, looking straight out the front door, was an old one-room school that is no longer there either.
