This is the infamous Powell Ohio Powder Room. Known for its' lackadaisical security, poor building maintenance and rude staff, it closed in the summer of 2014 and will be demolished soon for luxury apartments. The building was so poorly insulated the gunshots in the firing range could be heard on Grace Drive.
