The R B Powers ribbon factory, was one of the first schools in Ashley, Oh. Building with the black roof was the old outhouse. My parents cleaned the factory for many years.
Graduated with their son. They made most of the ribbons for fairs. Still there and operating.
The Ashley Police Department is here today.
