Standard Oil station on south east corner of Rt 113 and Rt58.

Additional note, the Tavern on the left is the Whiskeyville Bar. This corner was historically known as Whiskeyville. Dan Brady's Lorain County history blog did a nice series of articles on Whiskeyville.

Tavern is still there. Gas station has been closed for years, but the building is still there.

I believe whiskeyville was across the street. The bar is Timbers

Of course, you are right. It did have a Whiskeyville sign on it and we just called it the bar at Whiskeyville. It has been the Timbers back as far as I can check in 1948. 70 years is a long time for a Tavern to stay in business with the same name.

As of 2019, the gas station building has been razed.

There was a very old farmhouse on the northwest corner of rts 58 and 113 that was razed around 1996 or 97. Cherry knoll spring water currently sits adjacently north of where this farmhouse once stood.
