Hobart Industries on Ridge Avenue (Troy, Ohio)
Simpson Street comes down the center of the photo from above. I grew up mostly on Garfield Avenue to the right of this photo, and in a house seen here at left middle with a row of windows at the top. (This is after I left, and it was converted to a double, at 530 Lincoln Avenue. The upper right slash runs across the Corner Restaurant at Garfield and Simpson, with what was a neighborhood grocery next to it, owned then by school teacher Howard Hoffman. Behind the restaurant, at right, was Bill's Barber Shop, a tiny single-chair business.
Hobart Corp. Worked there in the house clear on the right. (Traffic Dept). Many relatives worked there. My Uncle was the Photographer. 11& 13 same building, just different views.
