The old school.

Thornville High School/Elementary School

I loved the black strip on the floor that separated the first/second graders from the third/fourth graders...does anyone know what happened to it??

Spent a lot of time on those ball diamonds.
Also standing in the hall.

I spend my last year of elementary here., what a time

Went to many square dances there.

My grandfathers Harry Lyle and Floyd King both graduated from Thornville. So did my mom Lois King Lyle and uncle Raymond King. My sister Anne Lyle Tucker and I both went there through the 6th grade.

I went here in the 1st grade.

The first part was built 1908, with more added in 1928. The whole thing was demolished 2003.
