I grew up on this farm. It was in our family from the 1940’s till the mid 1990’s

It was zoned commercial when my Dad and his Brothers and Sisters sold it. This part of the farm is now Pike Co Sheriff impound lot and Recycling. We also owned on the other side of st rt 220 which is now Rumpkye land fill. I just know my Grand father that raised me on this farm Russell Burton rolled over in his grave when they sold this property. What a beautiful place to grow up. Great memories. 287 acres all together. Gramps bought the farm from the Vallery family. The house was built in I think the 1890’s. Very well built 5 bedroom home.
