I grew up just across the woods, used to walk to this truck stop and buy gym! And that pond behind it was a swimming hole, it has been filled in now.

When we were kids my mom would drive us out to pick up my dad for a few hours as he was passing by in his truck-No room to park a loaded Semi at the house.

Used to go there on the weekends with my friends. Had fish sandwich and chocolate milk in the restaurant I believe it was called Marks restaurant then we played pinball and pool in the truckers lounge 1970s
