Corner of Old Route 22 and Hills Church Road and Van Buren Street. Universal Welding Company. The building still stands but is now the Rivertowne Brewing Company. Old Geiger Gasoline and Grocery stop in bottom left corner of frame.

Grew up in Export, PA. Love all the pictures from back in the day!😀

That is not the old Geiger gas station. It was my grandfather Beniger's White Front Gas Station.
Lou Geiger did rent from my grandfather for a few years.
Before it was the WFGS there was a small building that was the original gas station before my grandfather built the larger one and the small one was called the White Owl.
Lou Geiger built a new gas station convenience store across the street.
My grandparents house is at the top right.
The first house on the left of Hills Church Road belonged to Clayton and Anna Remaley, Lou's uncle
The send house belonged to Gigs Geiger, Lou's uncle
The third house was Lou Geiger's before he tore down Gig's house and built a new one there.

The boat that is visible at the top of the photo at 12 o'clock is a boat owned by Ted Miller or the boat motor was in for repair. Mr. Miller had a Johnson-Mercury dealership right above the boat where he would work on the motors.
