Probably the building that houses current B & T Cheese at 5890 Lincoln Hwy (route 462) in York, Pa. The vent locations on the roof and the windows are the same. The building with "Mail Pouch" painted on it is gone, but the telephone pole is still there. So is the pole in the parking lot. Link:

This was a busy truck stop\restaurant until rt 30 was relocated. Itlooks like there are tobacco plants in the field east of the restaurant.
The barn in the photo (at the right) was a Mail Pouch barn. It has been razed and removed. It is ID'd as MPB 38-67-06 on the Mail Pouch Barnstormer's website.
Picture is of Randall’s Diner. Popular truck stop. It had showers in the basement for truckers and a fallout shelter.
The Mail Pouch barn was torn down sometime between 1968 & 1972 according to aerial photos from the location map.
