This is the house I grew up in. My parents, David Leroy Smith and Brenda Jean (Gabbert) Smith, had it built in 1977 when I was 7. I would have been 14 at the time of this photo in 1984. The picture depicts the original color, yellow with brown trim. My mother later had it repainted blue. The farm in the background was my grandparents' (my dad's parents), Ralph William Smith and Doris Mae (Copp) Smith. Both properties were sold in the 1990's.
