The back of this property was developed into the Villages of Morningside in the late 90's. It is still prime property. Sadly, all the orchards and many of the trees in front of the house are gone. The main home and some of the outbuildings are still standing. The property is currently for sale. The land to the right of the property is being developed into luxury senior apts.
