This is the Stevens House on the corner of Main and Green Street in Vergennes. The building was built in 1797. Before it was restored in the 1980s it was known as the Vergennes Inn. At various times in its history, Vergennes Furniture, Clark's Hardware and a grocery store occupied the bottom floor.
