built in 1830s by Nelson Richards and his wife Caroline Wilson (of Vergennes). The Richards family owned it until about 1920s sold to Walter and Grace Leonard. They sold it in 1926 to John Tucker and Mildred Allen. The Tuckers owned the property until 1990. I owned this wonderful property from 2000 until 2023.
