This farm belonged to my grandparents, Norman and Gladys Whitney, 3368 Jersey Street, in Panton, Vermont. Their daughter, Mary Jane, was my mother. I have so many fond memories during this time, playing on this dairy farm. I would have been about 8 or 9 when the photo was taken. As with many of the local dairy farms at the time, a gentleman came from Holland, worked the farm for a time and then purchased it from them. There is a recent photo on GoogleEarth and it can be seen there for comparison. Thanks so much for the memories.
