Back ground. Old Molsted house from Mount Vernon (Bank of America location) was floated down the Skagit river on a barge mid 60's. Owned by Richard and Pat Smith. Currently owned by Jeff (grandson) and Jessica Anderson. Farm building is used for weddings "Maplehurst farm". Mount Vernon WA.
