Robert, Auxier Preston never owned this to my knowledge. Grace Lycans Perry owned & occupied it until around 1993-94.Health failing she was placed in nursing home until sold to Lawrence Thompson, in turn sold to Regina Hill.I think it is in transition again to Erica Fetherolf. I'm fairly sure I'm correct
