On Highway 10 East, Stevens Point, just east of Fazoli's Italian Restaurant . Garage on left side collapsed and was removed in the 1990's, was occupied until sometime in the early 2000's. Farms to the west of it, and across the highway are long gone and covered in redeveloped "progress". Currently sits empty and awaiting it's fate. What was once farmland, and on the outskirts of town is now prime commercial real estate.

As of July 2017, what was left of this building is now gone---an empty lot is all that's left. Waiting to see what will be built on it.
