I can't say with 100% certainity, but this looks like it could be the home of Dr and Mrs. Donald Stulken, which is located where you enter the Golf Course Club House from. Dr. Stulken was an optometrist in Viroqua and I think I heard that he originally had his office in his house. He was handicapped with a disability that required him to use crutches in order to get around. A very nice family.
