Our Guarantee & Return Policy
Our commitment is to produce and provide to our customers only the highest-quality products, products that are accurate and are faithful to the historic images. Vintage Aerial stands fully behind the quality of every product we produce. We guarantee that every product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in the original packaging, and we will replace it without charge.
Because of the historical nature of the images we sell, and the possible defects inherent in the creation of those images, we cannot guarantee that the image itself will be free of flaws or imperfections. And these flaws become more noticeable as the images are enlarged. In our experience, this is part of their authenticity, integral to their value, a sign of their historic provenance. We make every effort to address these imperfections during the production process, but we do not guarantee perfect images – only flawless workmanship and materials.
Understandably, personalized images cannot be accepted for return, except when there is a quality concern. Because of the many issues that may create a less than perfect image, including the size of the file, lighting, cleanliness of the lens, etc., there may be imperfections in the image you transmit to us for printing. Please remember that as we enlarge your image any imperfections in the image will become more noticeable.
All returns and requests for replacement for defects in materials or workmanship must be made within 30 days of receipt, and must be shipped prepaid. We will acknowledge receipt as soon as possible, and will respond promptly. If and when we sent a replacement product, we will bear the cost of shipping, which we will do by UPS ground unless you have made other arrangements.
CancellationsWe accept orders instantaneously and immediately trigger our production process upon receipt of the order and accompanying payment. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations once you have entered the order and transmitted it to us with payment.
Shipping & Delivery InformationWhen we receive your order, we will do our best to tell you the expected date for production and delivery. Our standard shipping method is ground UPS or USPS to any continental U.S. destination or APO/FPO address. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories ship airfreight at an additional cost of $6.95. We may offer expedited shipping options for additional costs, which you may request and approve.
TaxWe ship from Ohio and applicable sales tax is added to your order.
