At the time, this was the home of Alvie & Vicky Brown McKenzie. Very soon after this photo, the old house was removed and a new house constructed behind the old one. The address is 26598 Alabama Hwy 71. I married McKenzie’s daughter and later bought this place. We lived here until 2017. The barn was removed in 1999 and we put a mobile home here when my wife and I first married. The small building behind the barn was a corn crib and is still standing in 2020.
